Australia is about to host the first ever World Series of Poker in the Asia Pacific series. The event is sure to bring in huge numbers this April with Five Bracelet Events across 11 days. The location of the WSOP 2013 is the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex which is the familiar host for the renowned Aussie Millions Series. Poker enthusiasts across the globe are tuning in to experience a dynamic, no holds barred tournament. The initial event will be a no limit hold’em accumulator; for anyone not in the know this means that the participants can enter each of the three starting days and whatever chips they gain will be added to their stack for Day 2. Any players that are eliminated won’t be disappointed for long, as they can re-enter the next day. While this type of tournament is not unknown the WSOP 2013 is the first time it has been combined with a bracelet event. To keep up the pace there will also be a High Roller and Caesars Cup competition shown. Although Caesars Cup are nothing new to the Poker world the fact that three teams will be competing instead of two has mixed up the recognised format. Each team captain will be joined by four more players to compete in this non bracelet, invite only event. In addition the AUD $50,000 High Roller game will take place on April 13th which is sure to display an abundance of skills to keep all eyes fixed on the Crown Melbourne. Coverage will be provided by ESPN networks and online streaming to ensure viewers don’t miss out on the latest news; with all this attention the WSOP 2013 is sure to be remembered for years to come. Make sure you tune in for the hottest poker event of 2013 and experience a poker tournament like not other live from Australia.
